Esitian designs and builds simple, fast websites, including one-page sites, multi-page business websites, landing pages, and related services such as speed optimization and basic SEO setup. The specific scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for each project are agreed upon individually with the client, typically via email or a written quote, before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices listed on the Website are starting prices and may vary depending on project scope. A final quote will be provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms (including any deposit) will be specified in the individual project agreement or invoice. Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension of work or delivery.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, images, and any necessary access (e.g., domain or hosting credentials) required to complete a project. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design and code is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets, licensed fonts, stock images, plugins, or frameworks, which remain subject to their respective licenses. Esitian retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions and changes

Each project package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the project. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

6. Website use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Website by any third party.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esitian OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the point of termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
